I really love old cars! I think they are beautiful!

Image
One of my uncles had a few cars that he owned with his sons it looked like this! I think I was about about 5 years old when I first rode in one of this beauties! I am not sure if it was a Buick but it was so comfortable! I have never been able to feel that comfortable in the newer cars that I have ridden in. ) I don't think that I will be fixing my car anytime soon, but at least I will be able to understand it better!   I am just adding an picture of an engine for the 1957 Buick Roadmaster that you are seeing above to get an idea of what an engine looked like for a car of this model. the picture of the engine below does not belong to the picture of the Buick that you are seeing above. When I look at this picture I just see hoses and casings and cables. I hope to be able to tell what is what through the course of  this learning curve. According to a Toyota site that I visited there are over 30,000 parts in car counting the screws.
